Alito, Supreme Justices and Proof of Fitness? Should Alito, Thomas Recuse? Scrood | Show 24
Should Supreme Court Justices Alito, Thomas and others be required to have proof of fitness prior to their appointment? Is it fair that many minimum wage security guards have more stringent pre-hire examinations than Supremes? Only in a world of Plutocrats and Oligarchs.

we have an inverted Supreme Court justice in a world which it is commonplace to hear Donald Trump complain about how corrupt the judges are in all of his criminal trials, except the Supreme Court. For the documents case where he praises her, They found that justice Alito had an American flag. Flying inverted at his home for days. A symbol used by followers of Trump to show support.
Elly:Yeah, an inverted flag is a military sign for distress. Help us, please. Come, come and help us. Exactly. Yeah, and we are under distress and we're under distress because of Donald Trump and not for the reasons that people think so.
Ben:No, not at all. This all took place the week of January 17th, 2021, just a short time after the attack on the Capitol building, which was january 6th. Justice Alito claims he was unaware the flag was displayed in this way.
Elly:Yeah. Right.
Ben:Right. Right. But he did throw his wife under the bus by blaming her for the deed.
Elly:That was displayed for three days or four days, the neighbor said. It was
Ben:a while. It was a while. How
Elly:can you drive in your driveway every day and not see it when it's right at the garage? The flag in the pole is at the garage in the front of the house.
Ben:They had shown a picture it was home.
Elly:Alito's driving blind.
Ben:he did not see that. He's
Elly:judging blind toO.
Ben:I I find it very convenient, he was unaware of this and it was her doing. Oops. I could hear it now. Honestly, your honor, I have no idea where the thousand pounds of drugs came from, but I bet my wife had something to do with it. See, he's heard all this stuff before. He knows how to use it.
Elly:Oh, yeah.
Ben:It's my opinion that Justice Alito should recuse himself from any decisions that the Supreme Court must make to decide Trump's presidential immunity.
Elly:Damn straight. and the rights of the body.
Ben:Let's now move to Justice Thomas. Oh, God, here we go. He should recuse himself just for the fact that his wife, Ginni Thomas, Has extremely strong ties to the MAGA movement. Do you know that, one of the main funders that nonprofit,
Elly:Harlan Crow. Sugar Daddy. and Leo.
Ben:Is that his name?
Elly:Yeah, Yeah, he
Ben:gave 500 500, 000 to that nonprofit, and then Ginni Thomas started collecting 100, 000
Elly:Yeah. Crow. paying for education, cars, mortgages for the Thomas family. Mm hmm.
Ben:this is just out of hand.
Elly:They lied. And let's not forget that Thomas also lied about Ginni having an income. She was making over a hundred grand for the rich billionaire sugar daddy cats for trying to overturn the election, overthrowing the federal government lying to the people. Nice job, babe.
Ben:Now, Ginni, you know that's not right. Ha ha ha ha.
Elly:You know, these, these, Ha ha ha ha. These men and their wives
Ben:just like peas and carrots.
Elly:Mm hmm. Not to interrupt you. Don't let Alito off the hook. Alito has been getting paid for years and years. Oh, yes. Through, Federalist Society Republicans that want to rule the world. Enslaving all of us. Yes. Call me crazy.
Ben:I find it highly suspect that two Supreme Court Justice spouses are oblivious to the titles their husbands hold.
Elly:Now that's dumb.
Ben:That's pretty sad.
Elly:Oh my goodness. Lastly
Ben:You know, there was a time not so long ago when federal judges and Supreme Court judges wouldn't hesitate to step aside, recuse themselves and allow the United States legal system to work at peak efficiency.
Elly:Good luck with that.
Ben:Exactly. Instead, we have a federal judge and a minimum of two Supreme Court justices abusing their positions.
Elly:Let's face it. Six of the nine abuse their positions and their power right now.
Ben:Just imagine a second Trump term. If. We had to replace a Supreme Court justice,
Elly:another one. Think about it, people. I'm not just talking to Democrats or Republicans or in between. I'm talking. Everybody, we are in trouble if we cannot have a court system that is nonpartisan, fair,
Ben:read the law as it was written.
Elly:We need to boot them out, grab them by their shirts and kick them out the door.
Ben:I believe there should be term limits on the Supreme Court justices. Oh yeah, I do too. And federal judges. Here's a thought. What if Supreme Court and federal judges were like jury duty, where you rotated. Let's say, four years or six years or five years. You rotate, you get selected for Supreme Court justice duty. for the two year term, and you get paid their Supreme Court Justice pay.
Elly:I agree with that, however, they're going to have to have some training or some proof of
Ethan:Proof of Fitness, proof of knowledge of the law and societal norms, ethnic and gender differnces; history of honesty, integrity, and sound, unbiased, ethical decisions; and an absence of criminal or misogynistic behavior. And throw in a in-depth psychological evaluation and stress tests for good measure. Security guards are required to take a psych eval. Why not Supremes?
Ben:Well, for example, was it Kavanaugh.
Elly:Don't make me laugh. The thousand faces of Kavanaugh. He's so angry. I'm so sad. I'm really mad. It's injustice. It's injustice.
Ben:Roe v. Wade was set,
Elly:they all argued precedent, that they're not going to touch Roe because of precedent. All of them said that. Yes. I'm talking about Thomas, kavanaugh, Gorsuch, even Alito, I'm talking about all these guys.
Ethan:Right to lifer Alito said during his confirmation,"Roe verses Wade is an important precedent of the Supreme Court. It was decided in 1973, so it has been on the books for a long time," he said."It is a precedent that has now been on the books for several decades. It has been challenged. It has been reaffirmed. But it is an issue that is involved in litigation now at all levels." At his confirmation hearing Thomas dodged the issue knowing that his anti-abortion views were known: it would be inappropriate for any judge, including himself, to take a case on an issue"in which he or she has such strong views that he or she cannot be impartial." Thomas also said that he believed the issue of marital privacy was protected, and that the government cannot“infringe on that without a compelling interest.” That is that during Thomas's confirmation, these types of bodily personal rights are protected by precedent under the right to privacy act established over fifty years ago. All of the men that lied at their confirmation are unfit for our Supreme Court. But maybe they'll cry, look over there, my wife made me do it.
Elly:I'm not sure, but I think Roberts was the only one that didn't say that, but I'll have to check on that. Anyway, the point is, is these guys lied. Yes. And Kavanaugh tried to take advantage of a woman in college, at least one. And, he got away with that and he's on the court And it just goes to show you what our Supreme Court justice. believes, About women, that it's okay to grab someone if you want to. It's okay to force them cover their mouth. In Kavanaugh's situation, he covered her mouth and tried to pin her down to rape her. Basically, Yes. Just as Thomas believe, unfortunately about women. Yeah. Yeah. Poor Anita Hill. Poor Anita Hill. Yes. Yeah. Thomas got in. we've got those men in our Supreme Court that's what
Ben:justices.
Elly:believe, unfortunately about women. Not good. Thomas and Kavanaugh. Alito, Gorsuch, all lied about their opinion of Roe vs. Wade and said precedent is set. They wouldn't touch it.
Ben:Those look like comfortable shoes.
Elly:Run, Forrest!
Ben:You can sit here if you want to.
Elly:Stop.
Ben:The bottom line is they lied to get the position of the Supreme Court seat. They are, in fact, lying to Congress.
Elly:Yep.
Ben:What is that called when you lie to Congress?
Elly:Perjury?
Ben:Yes, perjury. Lying to Congress, lying to the people. Lastly, federal judge Eileen Cannon may as well be on Trump's payroll for the handling of the classified documents case.
Elly:She is. Come on now.
Ben:This is what she's waiting for. She is. She's waiting for a second term of Trump and one of the Supreme Court justices to retire and bam, she'll take that seat.
Elly:Here you go. I'm in. I'm in. Ooh.
Ben:The Supreme Court justices. And right now one federal judge is scrooing us.
Elly:Alito is scrooing us. Point the finger. It was my wife. Do you notice both Thomas and Alito point their fingers at their wives? Look, it was her. It was her. It wasn't me. It was her. And you know what weak men always do? They blame their girlfriend. Then they blame their wife. They always blame the woman. They tell the neighbor when the police are called because she made me hit her. yeah. or they call foster care on the neighbor and they blame their wife. This is what weak men do. Alito, Thomas, you guys are weak. Hear me out. W E A K weak. You're not even a weak cup of tea because there's no antioxidant value there. Weak. Weak. Weak. Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh.
Ben:And their leader, guess who? Gwap'n by the usy.
Elly:Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh. Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh. Uh, heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh.
Ben:When you're a celebrity, And he has sex with a porn star. Without a condom. Yeah. Yeah, real, real germophobe. I tell you, that guy is high on the list of germophobes right there. Right. We talked to her about it before, so I guess he felt
Elly:comfortable. Yuck. Well, that's okay, because, you know, girls 10 years old have to have their rapist baby. So it's right up that alley, huh? Don't
Ben:be talking about alleys. No, don't do it. Don't be talking about alleys.
Elly:Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh. Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh
